Development History

Aili company established in 1980. Over the past 40 years,Aili has experienced a difficult process from scratch.After two generations of hard work and hard work, Aili new materials Co., Ltd. has grown from dozens of people in the early stage of its establishment to more than 500 people today. From poverty to wealth, now we have a self built factory area of 110000 square meters and a modern warehouse. The export market has spread from more than a dozen countries and regions such as India in the early stage to more than 100 countries and regions in the world.

In 1980, Jiangxi Nanchang special precision foundry was established.

In 1999, Jiangxi Nante construction machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. was established.

In 2009, it was renamed Jiangxi Aili Casting Co., Ltd. and the key customer department was established in the same year to clarify responsibilities and improve service quality.

In 2014, Aili signed a cooperation agreement with Volvo Construction Equipment China Co., Ltd.

In 2016, it was renamed Jiangxi Aili New Material Technology Co., Ltd.

In 2017,Aili has passed ISO14001 international environmental management system certification and ISO 9001 quality management system certification.

In 2018, it signed a cooperation agreement with SDLG and Shantui to become a long-term partner, and its products ranked among the forefront of the industry.

2019 is a year of rapid development. Aili expanded its factory and further expanded its scale. In the same year, it launched the forging process bucket teeth, leading the industry pioneer.

In 2020, it successfully passed Hitachi's quality certification and became their long-term partner.


Competitive Advantage

1.Over the past 40 years, Aili relies on continuous R & D and innovation power and rapid market response ability, Aili has been committed to the technical renewal and creation of new products. Therefore, Aili has the ability to design products. At present, we have 8 utility model patents.

2.Aili has the most comprehensive professional product testing equipment and testing technology. At present, there are several sets of wire cutting machines, and two samples are randomly sampled in each furnace of products for cutting and testing, which can ensure the quality and control of products in time. In addition, there are impact testing machines, Rockwell hardness testing machines and Brinell hardness machines. These testing products can provide customers with different hardness reference needs in advance.In addition, there are tensile machine, metalloscope, Magnetic defect detector and Optical Spectrum Analyzers,The above-mentioned testing instruments can test the product quality, performance and internal structure from chemical, physical and other aspects. Therefore, Aili has the ability to ensure the product quality.

3.Aili has several complete sets of fully automated production lines, which greatly improve the output and production efficiency, while ensuring more stable quality.


R&D Capability

The enterprise technology center is the main part of the factory's scientific research and development, including 20 employees, 10 people are directly engaged in product development and 2 people are engaged in process development; 2 people are engaged in project management, 1 people in market analysis and market research, and 5 people in the laboratory are engaged in product test and R & D. The academic degrees of the above-mentioned personnel are undergraduate, graduate and doctoral from colleges and universities, with an average age of about 30 years. In the process of product design and development, Aili will strengthen the investment intensity according to the scientific and Technological Development and the actual needs of the market, so that the professional knowledge reserve of technical staff has been updated and improved.
